                                                            DEARBORN,   MICHIGAN                     

is the holder of an  Independent Ocean Freight Forwarder License and, as such, is  dully

authorized to carry on the business of forwarding shipments transported by oceangoing

common carriers from the United States, its Territories, or possessions to foreign coun-

tries, or  between the United States  and its Territories or possessions, or  between such

Territories and possessions.

         This  license is conferred pursuant  to the  authority contained in section ₄₄ of  the 

Shipping  Act, ₁₉₁₆ , and  is  subject to the  provisions  of  said Act, part ₅₁₀ of Chapter

IV of the  Code  of  Federal  Regulations as  it is or may be amended, the pertinent pro-

visions of the other applicable regulations promulgated under the foregoing Act, and any

terms and conditions set forth on the reverse side of this license.
